Caution Wet paint - The Kinkiness restarts!

As Jay and Kay Save the World has come to the end of its festival run, it is now time to focus on the next stage of CWP's development. I will be keeping you informed on what I do.

First the process that started development last year of a complimentary TV series to prequel 'The Movie'; to lodge themselves in between the webisodes and the movie with regards to the cannon is well underway.

I will also (finally) put Jay and Kay Save the World online in the next two weeks. This is part of the strategy of developing the TV series. Save the World is the most professional looking (and funniest) of the CWP series so far. Despite the fact it was done with a budget of ZERO! Note that, nothing!

Okay, maybe I am blowing my own trumpet, but I am incredibly proud of Save the World. It has gone international to film festivals abroad, which has been great for me as a director to see how audiences outside the UK react to CWP. Abd it is time for the rest of the world to freely see Save the World. Give me a couple of weeks. A redesign of the website is also happening.

However if you are either in Glasgow or Zielona Gora then you can join me at either to see CWP on the bigger screen...

'imdb'

I still do not get how the whole thing works, but for some reason, even little people such as myself makes it top the database of all that is good and great in the film making world.

IMDB page for Jay and Kay Save the World!

Social Networking and filming?

Apparently, this social networking malarkey is meant to make you a better film maker. Can't see why. Still, I of course blog, as you can see from this screen, as well youtube, and shockingly I do something called Dailybooth which is about the most sickly bandwagon I am currently on. Essentially, it mainly shows me drinking tea.

The problem is that I am pretty awful wuth all this internet stuff.

Anyway, will get back in practice next week!

Finding El Director

It is not that hard to find me. I am pretty much every where on the internet, just type my name into any search engine and you will see a lot about me and pretty much get in contact with me very quickly. It has happened in the past and has happened again today with an e-mail from an old friend. Part of the reason is that by law, I have to register my company's contact details in a public place and so it is very easy to contact me. But also it is due to the fact that I write, broadcast and film a hell of a lot. Not exactly fame but surprisingly, a higher profile than a few years ago...

'Tom' took away my innocence...

Ah, it has been a long time since I have even mentioned Tom, the loveable rogue from myspace. But he thought of me today, by sending me a message telling me about the wonderful thing called the status update.

Now, let us be frank here, no one really uses myspace anymore. For me, it is just a default, a copy and paste job from blogger that keeps the account alive. Note, that myspace is all about copy and paste, not about adding new material. If I want to add a status update, I do it on twitter, like the rest of humanity. Even Gimpbook allows updates via twitter, hell, even my our own website allows us to receive updates from Twitter. Why, in this fast content, lazy user orientated net world, do I have to put in a different update just so the three people who happen to stumble upon this entry on myspace (hello guys!) do not realise that I am procrastinating on my computer.

Oh well, now I have finally updated my profile on myspace I expect to be hit by the rush of new savvy websurfers eager for the latest on CWP. And what better way to treat you all, then with a sneak peak behind the scenes...

(If you click this link on myspace it will take you to an unscrupulous website that will hack into your computer and melt your processor! If you are on any other website, it will link directly into the youtube video embedded in this blog post).

The Facebook Whore

Yes, it is true, my profile picture is on another site - www.wachoski.com - and click here to see it.

Duly did and ended up at one of those 'dead ends' that El Maestro always warns me about.

I do despise thoseimbecilles who hack into personal accounts and inflict upon fellow associates spam and phishes and all the rest.

But what is even more idiotic are the people who click on such things. Ah, to be popular...

The Tumblr

Regular readers of this wonderful witty tirade may have noticed a new logo on the side of this blog This is 'Tumblr' and I have no idea what it actually is. I think it is a mix between Twitter and Blogger. Well, I have been experimenting and feeding all kinds of information into it. Well, isn't this what we dreamed about since we first heard the words 'unlimited banwidth'?
